How often will I need to see you?
The short answer is, it’s different for everyone, but I see great results within 3-10 sessions. That’s intentionally wide open because there are many variables. Two key factors that impact someone’s healing journey are:
- How long ago was the injury or illness?
- If something is acute – a recent experience that’s causing pain or discomfort – then once or twice might be all you all need. The longer a holding pattern is in the body, the longer it can sometimes take to let it go and return to a sense of balance and wellbeing.
- How local or global?
- Sometimes a local experience in the body (an experience that impacts one specific area like a sprain or a surgical incision) may take less time to respond than something more global that can impact the whole body (like anxiety or ongoing fatigue.)
My goal is always to support my clients to feel as good as possible in their bodies. This is the reason I custom design each package I offer specifically to each individual client. I support my clients throughout their healing journey, not just when they are on the table. I support them with body work, body awareness exercises and guided visualizations. I offer tips and strategies on how to relax and reconnect, so that my clients are even supported in between our sessions together.
