Biodynamic craniosacral therapy

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle form of body work that encourages self-repair, balance and ease. It is a whole body approach that is non-invasive and deeply relaxing. The therapist connects in with the underlying forces of health within the body that are always present, and facilitates a natural process of healing.

This therapy can support profound changes physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically. It assists the body’s natural healing processes, increasing physical vitality and well-being. It aids in pain relief and encourages the nervous system, organs and musculoskeletal system to balance and heal.

Gilda’s approach is client-led. This means that the individuals’ system sets the pace at which the work progresses in order to bring one back into a relationship with health.

I connect in with your best resource – your body. It’s been a part of you from the beginning. Paying attention to its wisdom allows you to start to reconnect with the health you already hold within.

I start with noticing patterns within your body – like how and where and when you hold and forget to let go. Once you engage with an old pattern in the present your body can let it go and come back into more healthy and easy movement.

I help you let go of the orientation to pain and discomfort and encourage each part of your body, even each cell, to orient to potency, or a resourced area, that moves with ease and feels good.
